Trillium pusillum (Dwarf Trillium)

In early spring, white flowers bloom atop leafless stems with petals inclined upwards. White blooms age to cherry red, Bronze-green leaves die back in summer. Grow in part shade to full shade in humus-rich soil.

Additional Information:
The trillium is a simple, graceful perennial that is one of the most familiar and beloved of the spring woodland wildflowers. Leaves, petals and sepals of all trilliums come in groups of three.
